The SCMDWCA water distribution system is flushed yearly in order to help clean out silt that may accumulate. Flushing of the system regularly occurs in the fall and spring and as needed during maintenance and repairs. If you experience silty water please use an outdoor spigot to flush the water lines that feed your home. It should run clear in a few minutes.
